What BookLnk is
BookLnk is a marketplace that connects you with independent businesses and lets you book their services. The service you book is provided by the business, not by BookLnk — your agreement for that service is with the business.
Bookings
Prices, availability, staff and service descriptions are set by each business. A booking exists once the confirmation screen shows a booking reference. Any terms a business displays during booking apply alongside these.
Changes and cancellations
Cancellations and rescheduling follow the policy of the business you booked with. You can manage a booking from the link on your confirmation screen; the business may also contact you directly about changes.
Acceptable use
Book only with genuine intent to attend, provide accurate details, and don't misuse the marketplace — for example by scraping it, placing fake bookings, or interfering with other guests' use.
Liability
BookLnk provides the marketplace "as is" while this section awaits legal review. The final terms will define liability, disputes and governing law here.
