This policy covers the BookLnk marketplace and the booking pages it hosts for businesses. Each business you book with also handles your details under its own policy.
What we collect
When you book, we collect what you type into the booking form: your name, phone number, email address and, when a business asks for it, extra details such as a birth date. We also keep the booking itself — the services, time, location and reference.
How it is used
Your details are used to create and manage your booking, and they are shared with the business you book with — they provide the service and will contact you about your appointment. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone else.
Your location
If you allow location access to see distances, the calculation happens on your device. Your coordinates are never sent to BookLnk or to any business — only whether you granted or declined the permission is recorded.
Analytics and cookies
We record anonymous usage events (for example that a search returned no results) to improve the marketplace. These events never contain names, phone numbers or email addresses. A cookie remembers your language choice. A business may connect its own Google Analytics to its booking pages.
Your choices
To correct or delete details attached to a booking, contact the business you booked with, or reach us through the Support page. A fuller statement of your rights will appear here once this policy completes legal review.
